Billing, credit, and refund terms

How billing works

Life is usage-based. You add prepaid credit to your workspace, and that credit is drawn down as you use the service. All amounts are charged and displayed in US dollars (USD). There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal — you are only charged when you choose to add credit.

Adding credit

Credit is purchased as a one-time payment and added to your workspace balance, where it is available immediately. Your balance carries over until it is used. When your balance runs out, the service pauses until you add more credit.

Refunds

Prepaid credit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credit that has already been consumed cannot be refunded.

Physical goods and returns

Life does not sell physical goods, so no shipping or returns policy applies.
