Information we collect
We collect the account and workspace details you provide, billing information needed to process payments, the content you submit — such as your prompts, messages, files, and conversations — and usage and technical data generated as you use the service. We also use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session.
How we use information
We use information to run and secure the service, generate the AI responses you request, process payments, provide customer support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
AI providers and your content
To generate responses, we send your prompts and the related content you submit to the AI provider you choose for that request. Depending on your selection, that provider may be OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI, and they process your content to return a response. We do not use your conversations or content to train models or for advertising.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate Life — including the AI providers above, payment processing, infrastructure, storage, analytics, and support — or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including the AI providers and Stripe, process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual conversations, a workspace, or your entire account from within Life. Deleting your account removes your associated content, subject to any information we must retain to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use our contact form.
